Wrapping Chang

With all igredients ready then the wrapping of start.

After putting the various ingredients inside then cover up with glutinous rice before wqrap it up with string.

after puttingin all the igredients inside the cone shape bamboo leaves the most difficult final part will wrapping, look easy but proven to be difficult to master the art, need many practices.
If not tighten well when boiling the Chang will open up and water sip inside the taste will be reduce.

CHANG inredients

Mushroom fried with dry prawn

All the three major ingredients chestnuts, mushroom and lean pork freid together for a few minutes, then it is ready for wrapping the dumpling.

CHANG

Free run lean pork after fried it is my favourite dish as I prefer to eat it so tasty infact I ask my wife sometime to cook this a stand alone dish for meal.
For Chang ingredient after freid the lean pork will put into a pot to steam for 15 min then ready for wrapping together with other ingredients mushroom, chestnuts etc.

CHANG ingredients

Part two for making Chang all ingredients then it must cook before wrapping Chang dumpling withy bammboo leaves. Chestnuts steam for 30 minutes till it is soften.

Small onion fried till it is crispy it is added to lean pork anf fried together with garlic.
