CNY Lions head

2 Grandsons took about 2 n half hours last Sunday to paint and fitting lions tail, eyes, ears, mouth etc,

consider 90% finish but still need some fine works in paintin design etc. they promise to have 2 Lions dancing when come visiting during 2nd day of Chinese New year.

making crispy seaweed is easy as ABC spending the last Sunday morning to make can make a about thousand, first place the seaweed than brush the surface with egg white and just place the spring roll skin on top.

Next cutting the ready seaweed spring roll skin into pieces then into the wok.

After cutting the seaweed wiht spring roll skin, then into the wok all it take was a just a minute

PET PIGEONS

Started to throw left over bread to pigeons at the back lane of the house a few years back, at the begining only a few pigeons

now there are up more than 50 pigeons and they seem to know the feeding time around 11oohrs and 1700 hrs twice a day, next I will try whether they will eat from my hand...
