The Gong Hall Tony herbal jelly require a total of 18 type herbs require hours of boiling etc , this bowl of hot herbal jelly best eat without any syrup in order to get the real tase of the herbs.
However the shop only provide customer with sweet syrup not the honey, therefore for those regular customer you must bring your onw bottle of good honey, but for me I has been eating this wihtout adding any honey , I just like to aroma of the herbs..
