Steam wok fish

our 26/11 dinner was this steam wok fish all boil and steam in a big wok, belwo some ingredients fish dumpling,

this a plate Chinese raw herb..

a big plate of vegetable to add in later

all the fish bone and big pieces first to go into the wok..

The wok fish now ready for after Margaret use the wooden bamboo spade to stir and check it.
