Mountain Village fish steamboat.

In search of the famous mountain village house river carp steamboat, we park our at roadside to walk up n down steps of the village houses built on the slope of the mountain.

by car you can't reach the village house restaurant, so it is walking, however nice to walk in such small lane where only bicycle can use but still at certain level you need carry the bicycle up n down the steps.


this where the fish tank was place to keep all the carp catch from the mountain river alive..


hahaha this the village restaurant kitchen, no gas but using woods for fire and cooking.

net one 5 kgs river carp from the tank, this is comnsider the small one, average weight could be 5 kg -10 kgs.

the river carp fillets, just dip it into the hot bowl of boiling herbal soup..


this so far the best lunch since Gaunzhou city, so natural and fresh,taste delicious even no other sauces added..

   tis small house can only take in 3 table of not more than 30 person.
