Chicken Chop dinner on 2nd day


On our second day 24th March, we selected from Uncle Tan menu ,our chef and caretaker of the bungalow chicken chop for our dinner..


It is such a long time since I didn't eat any chicken chop, so this uncle Tan chef bungalow chicken chop his popular dish, true as recommended was good, inside outer layer meat crispy, meat juicy and soft but the skin very crispy, as uasaul I didn't eat the skin but peel it off.
