Making of Dumpling

Lean pork,mushrooms, chinese chestnuts, dry oyster ( cut into small pieces) onion and garlic chop into pieces mix and fry in wok till all the garlic and onion melt.

Then steam the main ingredients for an hour..

After steamingthe ingredient ready for use for the making off dumpling by wrapping with other ingredients beans, gultinous rice.
