Sweet Sour Pork Ribs
This is a popular dish at home frequently request from grand sons who love this dish, it is fingers licking, quite easy to prepare n cook.
You need 2 table spoon rice wine ( China), 5 table spoon vinegar,2 table spoon light soya sauce, 1 table spoon black soya sauce and 2 table spoon brwon cane sugar..
Mix all the soya sauce, rice wine, vinegar sugar and stirrr..
Next put into the pork ribs and mix well and let it settle for an hour ( best to use free run pig pork ribs and organic soya souace etc.)
Use low fire to fried for 45-60 minutes, some fire heat are greater as such only need 45 minutes..
