I met them at Vungtau beach resort also known as the oil town about 2 hrs by road from Ho Chi Minh city. During the Vietnam American war this is a place of retreat for the US soldiers on leave. There are few massage parlours, bars and discoc. Most of the local Vietnamese come here during the weekend for the 3 SSS.
Restaurant at Palace hotel formerly own by an American now belong to the National Oil Service company of Vietnam. There are a few good seafood restaurant here and a lobster only cost you US$5 only. Now I dont think so maybe no more lobsters as there are few time the restaurant even serve baby lobsters that are like big prawn.
