Air Asia Supersize regular seat was for profit and not in the interest of passengers safety at all. Look like Air Asia only concern about Profit, Profit , Profit there is no concern about the whole aircraft passengers safetness. The supersize seat was not any supersize seat it is like all other seats in the whole aircraft, theyare same and cannot be recline at all, there wasn't any seats that was bigger. Yet AirAsia advertise as supersize giving the impression that it a seat bigger and wider than all other regular seat s and also that can recline backward to provide more comfort for the neck.
I was charge extra for my AK112 abnd AK 117 KUL/CAN and CAN/KUL however to my great disapointment and shocking was the so call supersize seat was nothing but just selling the 2 row of emergency seats on both side ( total 12 seats) to passengers when it is not suppose to do so unless the aircraft fully book (100% load). This 2 row of seats at the mergency exit doors under the rules of IATA or practices by non- low cost carriers is not to sell this seats unless the aircraft fully book.
It is reserve only for emergency exit use and there is pssengers to block the exit or elderly & children who are too slow to response in opening the exit doors to provie a quick exit duirng emergency landing etc.
I still remember cabin crew will ask passenger not to occupy those seats locate at emergency row when aircraft not full. Passengers tend to occupy such seat when it is empty as there are 3 seats in a row to sleep etc.

not good... :(
It is just very dangerous and passengers safe exit will be block by passengers who occupy such seats at the emergency row. That is why old people, children and disabled people not allow to occupy such seats.
