Italian bread to dip into oilive oil with sauce, Annie prtefer to eat the bread without dipping into the oilive oil sauce whereas I try one piece...not so to my taste.

Toasted Bruschetta home made Tuscon bread topped with matinated tomatoes , pestas sauce and parmesan cheese, this appetizer the best the whole plate clean up...

Pizza Caprese thin crusted pizza with mozzarella cheese and red onions, basils decided to try one piece first while it is hot and reserve the rest later after the main course arrive, finally it is take home.

Risotto Chicken - this dish doesn't look good at all but the first spoon enough to go for more, Risotto rice with asparagus, pan seared dice chicken with creamy risotto.

Parmesan Crusted Fish- a bit dry using Dory filet freid zucchini, onions sevring with white capers, however it still Ok eating with Risotto chicken.

Italian Cappuccino without sugar to end up with our lunch, the 2 course menu with appetizers and 2 main course just too much for 2 person to finish, so one of the appetizers Pizza Caprese pack to take home.

Water Crest Valley

Our party was cheated by this Water Crest Valley, the signboard did not state any entrance fees, as usaul my grandchildren all rush through the gate to challenge each other. By the time we arrive at the main entrance the sign there was a fees so no choice we all need to pay and look after the children.

There is nothing much extra ordinary it is just like any vege farms and flower farms where is so much to see and admire.

Jambu Apple

Is there such a fruit call jambu apple planted in Cameron Highland? It is being sell at a package of 3 at Rm10 and ask the seller she will tell you is a planted in a farm in CH.

Look so nice an juicy decided to buy one package, once open you will find that it without skin and just too sweet and the green color in all the fruits are the same.

Got cheated it is seedless jambu peel and shape like apple dip n suagr and green color....

Orchid flowers Cameron Highland

Last year I bought a few pot of Orchid from the flowers market stall since it was so beautiful with big flowers etc...

but after that next bloom flower so small lah, the reason could be Orchid flowers are from Cameron Highland with cool climate.

Boh Tea Garden

After visiting the Bee farm a slow easy drive through beside vegetable farm it is the Boh tea garden centre and behind the factory. this tea plantation just on top of a hill with plenty of parking.

The Boh tea factory just behind the tea centre it is divided into 3 section starting with the Rolling, Drying and fianlly the Sorting room however the packaging is not here maybe another factory somewhere...
