My Bak kut teh friend David bring along his newly purchase xi ying tea pot for seasoning at the bak kut teh shop, whereas as usual I bring some good tea to brew and enjoy drinking.
All bak kut teh shops do sell a few type of tea it is up to the customers to choose but however base on our demnading standard of tea we need to bring our own good n tea as pot as well to rew and get the best out of it.
The good point about Xi Xiang bak kut teh is a plastic tea tray, cups n pitcher was given therefore is is easy for brew tea whereas other shops does not provide tea tray only cups n ceramic tea pot n plastic bowl to pour unwanted water etc. I am sure the owner must be a tea drinker himself...
This Yin Her restaurant with a fishing pond attract many fishermen to come n try their luck paying rm20 for 3 hrs and can fish out many fish if lucky. However beside the foods children like this place just keep them very busy instead of around the restaurant.
The restaurant outer air condition but the inner none air condition with a small out door garden, the best tables are those surrounding the fishing pond.
I went specially to taste the ramen n soup not for the steam boat as recommended by my son,the thin crispy Japanese pan cake was the best I ever tasted, according to the chief only this restaurant serve this pan cake not any other japanese restaurant in Malaysia
It come with avery interested special sauce with sesame seeds, the pan cake cut tinto four pieces I can eat at least 4 more if I wanted to do so but at a price of rm18 just too expensive might as well keep my money for other foods that I wanted to taste at other japanese restaurants.
