This morning wake up by 1630 hrs and leave for the wet market to buy the neccessary food stuffs for prayer in the eve of lunar new year, according to my wife who know how to read the Tung Shi book the time best time for prayer will be 5am - 10am.
By 0700 all the food stuffs offer for prayer ready and first to pray is to the Heavenly Gods.
Offering include 3 cups of Chinese tea, 5 cups of rice wine, boil chicken using free run chicken, according to my mother the chicken must nicely boil without any broken skin etc, this time my wife very happy it is well done. The very early monring rush to wet market is to buy BBQ pork, if later the best choice no more available,a big pomelo, lettuce, spring onion,garland chrysanthemun, nian gao and oranges.
