Tea n Bak Kut Teh

My Bak kut teh friend David bring along his newly purchase xi ying tea pot for seasoning at the bak kut teh shop, whereas as usual I bring some good tea to brew and enjoy drinking.

All bak kut teh shops do sell a few type of tea it is up to the customers to choose but however base on our demnading standard of tea we need to bring our own good n tea as pot as well to rew and get the best out of it.

The good point about Xi Xiang bak kut teh is a plastic tea tray, cups n pitcher was given therefore is is easy for brew tea whereas other shops does not provide tea tray only cups n ceramic tea pot n plastic bowl to pour unwanted water etc. I am sure the owner must be a tea drinker himself...
