Vinega Trotters is one of Hakka many famous and popular dish, the owner of Wai Kei restaurant is Hakka as such beside the Yong Tau Fu, vinega trooters and a few onter Hakka dishes are on the menu.
I was still having my coughs but after drinking a a few spoon of the vinega Hahaha my cough just dissapear....
