Macau Pork Chop Bun 1968

I first tasted this Macau Pork Chop during my visit to Macau traveling from Hong Kong by Hydrofoil jet in mid 1970s. it was so crowded that I need to que up for more than 30 minutes....

It was so tasty that I asked my tour guide to get me another one the next day while I attend to other matters....

Currently the Macau pork chop bun provid another new taste which sweet due to the bun, the fried pork chop tastse are the same, after eating both I still prefer the orignal taste than the sweet bun taste.

those early days in Macau if you wanted to eat it, you need to early to que up as it was sold out within a few hours...

Now with the new fast food concept, you get it less than 5 minutes..

there are 2 outlets now in kuala lumpur one in K.L. Lot 10 and this one at Sri Petaling, with the new fast chain concept I am sure in Macau there is no need to que up for hour if come late and also sould out when your turn come..
